We’re looking for a customer-facing Applied AI Consultant to support both pre-sales and early-stage implementations, helping prospects and VIP customers translate their business challenges into AI-powered solutions using Centric.
What You’ll Do
- Join discovery and pre-sales calls to validate technical feasibility and propose initial use case paths
- Translate business problems into AI model types, inputs, and workflow logic using Centric’s platform
- Configure platform and support early use cases with customer data and business processes
- Collaborate with the GTM and product teams to shape solutions and repeatable deployment patterns
- Provide input into customer-facing solution documents, technical guides, and demo assets
- Help establish Centric’s Applied AI methodology across use case design, delivery, and scale
Who You Are
- 3–6 years in data science, Applied ML products and/or consulting
- Experience working with or supporting non-technical customers (product, ops, marketing, etc.)
- Proficient in business use case modeling: classification, forecasting, segmentation, etc.
- Able to speak both technical and business—bridging gaps in sales and customer delivery
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, insurance, or B2B SaaS and consulting
- Bonus: Familiar with low-code or no-code ML tools
Compensation Structure
- Equity: 0.25% – 0.5% based on contribution and term
- Project Compensation: per account supported or pilot delivered
- Optional full-time conversion path to Head of Applied AI starting at $100K per year
