We're now hiring a Sales Associate to help us build and grow our early U.S. customer base by identifying leads, booking demos, and qualifying prospects through discovery conversations.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospects in banking, insurance, and fintech
- Manage inbound interest from warm leads or referrals
- Book and run discovery calls to assess need, timing, and fit
- Deliver light platform walk-throughs or demo intros (scripts and materials provided)
- Qualify leads and transition high-potential deals to the GTM Lead for closing
- Track pipeline activity and lead status in CRM (HubSpot or Notion-based system)
- Collaborate with the CEO and GTM team to refine messaging and outreach strategy
Who You Are
- 1–3 years in a sales, BDR, or commercial-facing role at a SaaS or tech company
- Strong communicator who can earn trust on short calls and over email
- Able to understand complex products and explain them in business terms
- Self-motivated, organized, and excited to build from the ground up
- Bonus: experience selling into financial services or SaaS buyers
- Bonus: familiar with outbound tools (Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)
Compensation & Growth Path
- Base Stipend: $1,000–$2,000/month (based on capacity and experience)
- Commission:
- $100 per qualified demo held
- Sales bonus (up to 15%) per deal closed from sourced & qualified lead
- Optional full-time transition path based on closed revenue
