Centric is an all-in-one platform that makes AI development and deployment simple. We remove AI complexity and empower non-technical teams to launch complex AI solutions that drive business value.

We're now hiring a Sales Associate to help us build and grow our early U.S. customer base by identifying leads, booking demos, and qualifying prospects through discovery conversations.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospects in banking, insurance, and fintech
  • Manage inbound interest from warm leads or referrals
  • Book and run discovery calls to assess need, timing, and fit
  • Deliver light platform walk-throughs or demo intros (scripts and materials provided)
  • Qualify leads and transition high-potential deals to the GTM Lead for closing
  • Track pipeline activity and lead status in CRM (HubSpot or Notion-based system)
  • Collaborate with the CEO and GTM team to refine messaging and outreach strategy

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years in a sales, BDR, or commercial-facing role at a SaaS or tech company
  • Strong communicator who can earn trust on short calls and over email
  • Able to understand complex products and explain them in business terms
  • Self-motivated, organized, and excited to build from the ground up
  • Bonus: experience selling into financial services or SaaS buyers
  • Bonus: familiar with outbound tools (Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)

Compensation & Growth Path

  • Base Stipend: $1,000–$2,000/month (based on capacity and experience)
  • Commission:
    • $100 per qualified demo held
    • Sales bonus (up to 15%) per deal closed from sourced & qualified lead
  • Optional full-time transition path based on closed revenue
