Role Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, driven GTM Intern—someone who thrives on finding the right people at the right companies and arming our sales team with intelligence to win deals. You’ll help us find, research, and prioritize high-value accounts, then turn that intelligence into actionable sales opportunities. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and directly tied to revenue.
What You’ll Do
Account Targeting & Research
- Research accounts for fit, buying signals, tech stack, and decision-maker org charts.
- Maintain a “Top 100 Target List” with constant updates from industry news and funding alerts.
Insights & Intelligence
- Track market moves (funding rounds, executive hires, AI announcements).
- Score and rank accounts based on likelihood to engage and potential deal size.
- Share weekly “hot list” briefs with the CEO for targeted outreach.
Sales Targeting Support
- Build verified prospect lists with accurate contact details.
- Collaborate on personalized messaging for priority accounts.
What You’ll Learn

Who You Are
- College Student (any major; interest in business, sales, or tech preferred).
- Curious, competitive, and resourceful.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, online research, and basic CRM tools.
- Great communicator who can synthesize insights clearly.
Compensation Structure (Value-Heavy)
Base Stipend: $400/month (part-time, ~15 hrs/week)
Performance Bonus:
- $50 per qualified meeting booked with a decision-maker from your target list.
- $1000 per closed deal directly influenced by your targeting/research.
- $1,000 kicker if your work contributes to $50K+ in closed revenue during the internship.
This structure heavily rewards results and gives you real earning potential if you deliver.
