What You’ll Do
- Turn ideas into high-impact content: Take the founder’s voice notes, short video clips, and written thoughts and transform them into polished, scroll-stopping posts.
- Own the content calendar: Plan, create, and post daily across approved channels eg LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit and produce videos: Add captions, effects, and brand visuals for short-form and long-form formats using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
- Design branded graphics: Create carousels, quotes, and infographics that reinforce the founder’s brand identity.
- Repurpose efficiently: Slice long-form videos or interviews into multiple high-value social clips.
- Publish and engage: Post content directly, write compelling captions, and manage basic community interactions on each platform.
- Track and improve: Monitor post performance, report monthly results, and make recommendations to grow reach and engagement.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience creating and managing social content for CEOs or high-profile brands.
- Strong video editing and graphic design skills (Canva Pro required; Adobe tools a plus).
- Excellent writing and ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging copy.
- Understanding of content trends.
- Self-starter mindset - can take loose ideas and independently turn them into multiple pieces of content.
- Ability to work at speed without sacrificing quality.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with AI, tech, or business topics.
- Experience creating thought leadership content for B2B audiences.
